Your work is
$25k-level.
Your brand looks
$99 Canva.
You have 47 notes, 12 voice memos and 5 half-built offers. You know it works, but you can't explain it in one sentence, and clients keep saying "I don't get what you do." We turn dreams into structure, and structure into leverage. Your chaos is scored 0–100 and built into a working system in 5 days (3-day rush available).
No follower count is quoted here. Leverage is the only score that pays.
Sprints, owners, dates. Run like a product team, because that survives.
One method at four depths. Everything else is packaging.
No 3-month agency. No $10k–$50k quotes. 5-day sprints, scored, deploy-ready. Led by Ray Davis, The Deal Architect · Scrum Master × Brand Strategist.
Organized chaos has a number.
Before anything gets built, the mess gets counted. Tell us what's sitting in your phone right now. That number is where your sprint starts, and it's the same scale we re-score you on at the end of day five.
One offer that sells itself beats five that need you in the room to explain them.
One person. One pain.
One promise.
Every fragment is one of yours · move through it
Recommended: the 5-day sprint. There's enough here to build from. It just isn't in one place yet.
Watch it get built. Then decide.
Ray walks the ground with you. Nothing exists at the start — same as most businesses that already have revenue. Each stop builds the thing the next stop stands on.
You own a machine, not a mood board.
"Now you're standing on something." Four phases, in order, each holding the weight of the next. This is the state every engagement is driving toward — and the only one a bank, a partner or a buyer can actually read.
Surface
The first gate. What the market sees in ten seconds — and the one most people never travel past.
Now fly it yourself.
The walkthrough was Ray's. This one is yours — scroll and you move forward through the four gates of your own build, in order, at your own speed. Stop anywhere. Nothing advances without you.
What the market sees first.
Name, positioning, the offer written as terms. You pass through this one in ten seconds — so does everyone judging you.
Open the head. Take what you need.
Everything the agency sells already exists in one place. Scroll to open it, then pick the piece that matches where you actually are — not the one with the biggest number on it.

Seven ways in.
One is the front door: the five-day sprint. Four are the ladder, from a $47 kit to a monthly retainer. Two are the assets the agency owns outright: the operating system, and the vault of ideas you can license or partner on. Open the head and choose.
Nodes unlock as the skull lifts
Surface. Structure. Connect. Convert.
Four phases in a fixed order, read from the outside of the print inward. Most people live in Surface and wonder why nothing holds. Skip a phase and the rest leak.
What the market sees in the first ten seconds.
Name, positioning, the offer as written, the room you appear to belong in. Most people spend everything here and wonder why it doesn't hold. Surface is built to match a structure that already exists — a surface over nothing is a costume.
Positioning line, offer written as terms, one-page presence
People compliment the brand and never buy

Five days to clear. Ninety to compound.
The sprint is how you get in. It doesn't do the whole job. Days one to five turn the chaos into one sentence and a page that sells it. Days six to ninety build the four phases underneath, so what you launched keeps paying. Drag the day. Everything you'd be standing on by then lights up.
Everything, dumped in one place.
Notes, memos, half-offers, screenshots of other people's sites. Nothing gets judged yet. It gets counted.
Chaos starts from your score above. Leverage uses the same 0–100 scale as the Leverage Score below.
Watch the system get built.
Ray walks the ground line. At each station a piece of the machine assembles and stays standing. Nothing here is a video — every frame is drawn live, so you can drag the timeline and land on any moment.
A dream with nothing under it. That's where everyone starts.
Press play, or drag the timeline to any point in the build.
Ray Davis, The Deal Architect.
Ray is a strategist and operator who builds the structure behind opportunities — brand systems, partnerships, events, and wealth strategy — for people who'd rather own the deal than be famous for it. He works the way a Scrum Master works: everything is a card, every card has an owner and a date, and nothing ships without the client's sign-off.
"I turn dreams into structure. Structure into leverage."
His work across Hoop Culture and Untold Sports History isn't the identity — it's the proof. Culture and sports are unforgiving about deadlines, egos, sponsors and live moments that can't be rescheduled. Systems that hold there hold anywhere.
One method. Four depths.
Every depth starts the same way: a sprint with a fixed price, a fixed end date and a score on both sides of it. Nobody gets pitched a retainer before they've seen the method work.

Score the relationship, not the audience.
Every tool counts followers. None tell you which relationship produced money. Run a real person through it — then check it against your gut. If the ranking feels true, the formula holds.
Revenue or ownership this relationship directly produced. $50K+ tops the band.
Value from intros they made that closed somewhere else.
How often this relationship actually produces something.
Quiet for a year and the frequency weight decays to nothing.
3 — Has referred you unprompted at least once.
Leverage Score = (Converted Value × 40%) + (Referral Value × 25%) + (Frequency × Recency × 15%) + (Trust Depth × 20%). Anchored to observable events, not vibes.
Dormant
Bands: 0–24 Dormant · 25–49 Warm · 50–74 Producing · 75–100 Core leverage.
What $25,000 a month actually takes.
No manifestation. Just the count. Move the numbers until the month closes — then decide whether you'd rather chase seventeen transactions or hold eight relationships. Retainers start next month at the number, not at zero.

The tools running underneath the method.
Every phase has software behind it, so the work leaves as assets and not advice. Marked honestly: some are true white-label, some carry vendor branding, some are internal engine only.
Brand system generation — identity, voice and positioning assets built fast enough to test.
Client-facing under your brand.
Business model canvassing and competitive teardown. Pressure-tests whether the positioning has a market.
Research engine — outputs are yours, tool stays internal.
Lead sourcing and local business intelligence feeding the partnership pipeline.
No true white-label mode. Internal engine only.
Hosting and checkout for the Starter Kit and any productised offer you sell.
Carries a visible “Powered by” link by default. Confirm the agency tier first.
Prompt libraries powering the agent and follow-up layer so the writing stays consistent.
Internal engine — the output ships, the tool doesn't.
Process and workflow optimisation — how the operating side runs once the entity exists.
Deployable in the client's stack.
App and backend scaffolding — where Blueprint OS and client tooling gets stood up.
Build layer. Ships as your product, not a vendor's.
Ideas the agency owns. Take one to market.
Not consulting. These are built concepts The Blueprint Agency holds outright — each one documented before it is ever shown. Three ways in: license it, partner on the build, or acquire it whole. Terms are set per idea, because a concept with a working model is not priced like a concept on a napkin.
Blueprint OS — the leverage score
An operating system that scores relationships and moves by what they convert into, not by reach. The scoring formula is written and testable today; the wedge is a score layer on tools people already open daily.
The Blueprint method, licensed
Surface → Structure → Connect → Convert as a delivery system another operator can run under their own name, in their own market, without competing with the agency's client base.
Concepts in the pipeline
Additional ideas are written up and held privately until the docs are complete. Nothing enters the vault publicly until the model, the numbers and the legal wrapper exist — that is the whole point of the vault.
Docs first, then a conversation
Every vault item ships with the same package: the model, the build spec, the financial shape, and the agreement. You review the documents before any number is discussed — so the conversation is about fit, not about persuasion.
On pricing: vault terms are deliberately not published. Licensing, partnership and acquisition each carry a different structure, and the right one depends on what you bring to it — capital, distribution, or operating capacity. Ask for the pack and the numbers come with it.
Events run. Faces kept out of it.
Ray builds and runs live events — and you will not find him in the photos, because that is the job. No client faces, no names, no logos borrowed as proof. What gets shown is the shape of the work: the room, the run of show, the numbers that closed.
Live event imagery is deliberately withheld or abstracted. If you need verifiable references, they are given privately, with the client's permission, on a call — never posted.
Tell us what you're building.
A small number of builds run at a time. Say what exists today and what you want it to be worth. If it's a fit, you'll hear back inside two business days. If it isn't, you'll hear that too — with the name of someone better suited.
"You may not see me. You see the results."
The sprint is fixed-price and listed above. Past that, the number depends on the depth, and the Blueprint Call exists so nobody has to guess.
